PIBM Pune
SIBM Pune established in 1978, was the first college to be set up under the Symbiosis Society. Initially it started with its old campus at Senapati Bapat Road in Pune. Later it shifted to its permanent campus on the magnificent hills of Lavale in 2007 and was labeled as the Hilltop Heaven. As per NIRF Ranking 2024, SIBM Pune was ranked 13th among the top management institutes in India. It is a popular institute among the private B-Schools and has been ranked 6th by Outlook 2024.
The institute is known for its flagship MBA program and also offers an MBA I&E and an Executive MBA program. The seat intake for MBA is 180 seats and for MBA I&E is 60 seats. The admission into the MBA program is based on a common entrance exam called SNAP, followed by a Group Exercise and a Personal Interview. The SNAP cutoff is around 98.2 percentile.
The fees for the current 2024-26 batch is INR 26.79 Lakhs for 2 years. The placement for the year 2024 has concluded successfully. The institute has achieved a highest package of INR 49 LPA and an average package of INR 28.16 LPA.

SIBM Pune Placements 2024 final report is released. According to the report, the highest package stood at INR 49 LPA whereas the average package stood at INR 28.16 LPA for MBA.Students received 96 pre-placement offers during the placement drive. BFSI, IT/E-commerce & FMCG/FMCD sectors emerged as the top recruiting sectors. 103 recruiters (including 55 new recruiters) participated in SIBM Pune Placements 2024. Some of the top recruiters included Barclays, Capgemini, EY, Infosys, HDFC Bank, Accenture etc.
SIBM Pune Summer Internship Placements 2025 final report is also released. According to the report, the highest stipend stood at INR 4 Lakhs per month & the average stipend stood at INR 3.23 Lakhs per month.
